I studied advertising, graduated with a career in Advertising Sciences. Then a postgraduate degree in Community Management and another in Marketing. In 2010 I started my Master’s degree in Digital Communication. I was lucky to be part of the 1st class of PMI certified at Interbank. Then I began my studies in my 2nd master’s degree in web analytics, indicators, and functionalities design.
I started my corporate career at Interbank, working as a regulatory management analyst in charge of communication processes and products to the branch’s network. Then, 6 years later, while I had the role of internal communication manager, I won funding to start my startup. Then, after a political crisis that got our president to quit in 2018, I closed my company and worked for 3 years with Manuchar as a communication consultant. It was one of the best experiences working in an international group so open to innovation and a new way to do things.
I loved working as Policy & structure formalization Corporate Deputy Manager at Scotiabank. This incredible team won me over from day 1, with their good vibes and desire to innovate and do things differently. Then my little heart turned back to green (like Interbank). So I started working as Culture, Engagement, Internal communications, Wellbeing, and CSR Manager at Falabella Retail Peru. Here I implemented the communication strategy with Stakeholders on LinkedIn, directly impacting their reputation. As a result, we improved 7 positions in the Merco Talent Ranking and 11 positions in the Merco Companies ranking during 2020. Also, the most valued company among its workers the same year.
